Ingredients: Sunflower lecithin, water, himalayan saturated salt solution, and essential oils of: black cumin, cinnamon leaf, clove bud, bergamot, eucalyptus globulus, ravensara, tea tree, thyme, orange, peppermint, hyssop, melissa.

Directions (unless directed otherwise): adults take 1 TBSP every 4 hours until symptoms improve.

Reduce to 1-2 TBSP twice daily as needed.
