Ingredients: Sunflower lecithin, filtered water, himalayan saturated salt solution and essential oils (as individually recommended by the practitioner).

Directions (unless directed otherwise): Adults take 1/2 Tbsp 2x daily the first week and increase by 1/2 Tbsp each week until 2 Tbsp 2x daily.
